Chef GajCo!
What! Sick, Chef Gaj has just made a wonderful Sri Lankan dish called "Chicken Kothu Roti". This is a first & it seems like it turned out very well. Plus I added a little Gaj surprise (jalopeno peppers! What!).
Damn man, this is looking good.
p.s. more & more everyday GajCo & company feels like moving to California for good. Anyways, that's a different story.

Yo, I like SarsCo! It's pretty catch don't you think??
As for coming back - I don't know yet :S I've got to talk to my boss about extending my visa so I can stay till August. Otherwise, I might take a month to explore this wonderful state & come back in like July?
But I guess the good news is time'll fly by!! Isn't it already?
ya time is flying by! we get our iron rings this wednesday - crazy man!!! roshan left :( i cant have you both out of the country at the same time!! you missed his going away party - lol i met some of your friends!
